We’re proud to spotlight Rise and Recover Therapy, a North Bay-based psychotherapy practice owned and operated by Harlene Kundhal.
Through flexible virtual therapy services, Harlene supports individuals working through addiction and mental health concerns while helping clients strengthen emotional well-being, build healthier coping strategies, improve relationships, and create meaningful long-term change.
Harlene began working with The Business Centre in early 2026 and recently completed the Starter Company Plus program, where she successfully received a $5,000 grant to support the continued growth of her business.
Through her practice, Harlene offers personalized one-on-one support using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including:
