Our Programs

Full-time students are more than capable entrepreneurs, which is why TBC gives students between the ages of 15 and 29 the opportunity to run their own small business venture over the summer months. Successful candidates for our Summer Company program will receive a grant of up to $3,000, business training, guidance and mentorship while gaining valuable business and leadership skills.

A comprehensive entrepreneurship development program designed for adults launching a new business or expanding an existing one. By the end of the program, participants will have received information on a variety of business-related topics, completed a business plan, pitch for a grant of up to $5000, and participated in professional development initiatives.

The Newcomer Entrepreneurship Program (NEP) is brought to you by The City of North Bay delivered in partnership with The Business Centre Nipissing Parry Sound. This project is funded in part by the Ontario Government through the Rural Economic Development Program. NEP is designed to support and empower newcomers to Canada who are eager to start or grow a business within the City of North Bay. This program provides participants with the essential resources, mentorship and guidance needed to support their entrepreneurial journey in North Bay.
