A comprehensive entrepreneurship development program designed for adults launching a new business or expanding an existing one. By the end of the program, participants will have received information on a variety of business-related topics, completed a business plan, pitch for a grant of up to $5000, and participated in professional development initiatives.


The Northern Ontario Defence Opportunities Program strengthens small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Northern Ontario by building their capacity to serve Canada’s defence industry. The program supports SMEs to diversify operations, increase competitiveness, and enter the defence sector through targeted financial support.


Foodpreneur Advantage is for early-stage entrepreneurs in the food and beverage industry. Whether you're starting out or ready to grow, this program offers the tools you need. Through a series of seminars, participants gain access to industry experts and learn about launching a food business, branding, pricing, packaging, labelling, and regulatory compliance—designed for those producing consumer packaged goods.


Full-time students are more than capable entrepreneurs, which is why TBC gives students between the ages of 15 and 29 the opportunity to run their own small business venture over the summer months. Successful candidates for our Summer Company program will receive a grant of up to $3,000, business training, guidance and mentorship while gaining valuable business and leadership skills.
