Joe Clement, former Starter Company Plus alumni and owner of Make Waves Media focuses on photography and videography, creating engaging and dynamic promotional materials for small businesses. Joe is a former participant of our Starter Company Plus program and worked with The Business Centre to get his business up and running during the pandemic.
